By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a contract. You must also be a resident of the country where the Platform is available and have a valid government-issued ID.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

In no event shall Farmers.ng be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Farmers.ng reserves the right to make changes to the Platform and these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Platform is available, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
